Maikaʻi Health is an IRS 501(c)3 registered non-profit organization that offers primary medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services for the entire family.

We provides a wide spectrum of health education, healthcare, and social support services to everyone, without regard to financial position, insurance coverage, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religious or political affiliation, or any other criteria.

APPOINTMENTS
Existing patients may call or email to schedule an appointment. Walk-in patients are offered the next available appointment time. To become a patient, please call and one of our patient services representatives will work with you to establish you as a Maikaʻi Health patient.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major insurances. Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check, debit and major credit cards are accepted types of payment. Payment plans may be arranged for those facing economic hardship.
Depending on your family income and family size, you may qualify for reduced charges under our sliding fee discount program. Ask our front desk staff for more information.
